    Trek the Trail, Sunday 20 September 2009

    The Shire of Mundaring's annual cycling and walking event is supported by the Department of Transport's Bikewest Branch and the Walking Unit.  Join walkers and cyclists on a 9km route through scenic hills and bushland.

    Dwellingup 100 MTB Classic, Saturday 19 September 2009

    The Dwellingup 100 MTB Classic promises to be an exciting event for all, with a choice of 100km, 40km or 14km distances making it accessible for all ages and abilities.  The courses make their way through some of the best trails around Dwellingup including sections of the Munda Biddi Trail.

    2009 Commissioner's Family Mountain Bike Ride, Sunday 11 October

    The Department of Transport is supporting the 2nd annual fundraising ride, with the option of a 15km or 30km trail. This is a great opportunity for adults, children, cycling enthusiasts and the community to ride for a worthy cause.

    Subiaco Active Shopper Challenge

    The Challenge involves cycling to the shops for twelve trips from October to December 2009. The first 200 Subiaco shoppers that enter this Challenge will win a discount card from Bike Force and go into a draw to win one of three bikes worth $860.

    National Ride to Work Day, Wednesday 14 October 2009

    Bikewest will promote the national event as part of their Bike to Work Challenge.  An information stand will be available near the Bell Tower from 6 am - 9 am on the day with free maps and giveaways available.  Cycling WA and the Bank of Queensland Corporate Challenge will also be present.

    The Department of Transport is supporting the third cycling and walking challenge, run by the Heart Foundation.

    Scody Tour de Perth 2009, 13 - 15 November

    This Western Australian premier road cycling event will decide Australia's leading road cyclist! It features four stages held in various locations, ideal for spectators and media coverage.  It starts on Friday night with a high paced criterium event in Northbridge and ends with a race on Sunday, which decides the final winner of the Tour de Perth.

    Bikewest and the Town of Cambridge proudly support this event. Visit our joint marquee on Sunday, 15 November at Perry Lakes, or take part in a Glamour Push Live catwalk competition scheduled for 12 noon.  Frock up for fun or to win one of three major prizes, including a bike donated by Wembley Cycles.

    The Great Bike Ride, Sunday 22 November 2009

    Bikewest supports this annual fundraising event, as the Volunteer's sponsor.  Registrations are opening soon for the following options: 106km (2 laps) timed ride; 53km (1 lap) timed ride; and 10km family ride.
