Albany Emu Point Boat Harbour
The Emu Point Boat Harbour is located 14 kilometres from the centre of Albany in Oyster Harbour.
The Department of Transport also manages the nearby Albany Waterfront Marina, located in the heart of the Albany CBD in the Princess Royal Harbour Foreshore.

Boat ramps |

Emu Point Fishing Harbour has a three lane concrete boat ramp with parking, toilets and showers. |

- Princess Royal Boat Harbour - a single lane boat ramp located near Little Grove on the Southern side of the harbour.
- Murray Road - Misery Beach - a concrete single lane boat ramp, located near Whale World (this ramp is closed in bad weather).
- Oyster Harbour - The Esplanade, Lower King - a concrete single lane boat ramp.
- Frenchman's Bay - a single lane boat ramp, for small craft only.

Fish cleaning facilities |
| Information: |
The fish cleaning facility is a stainless steel bench with six taps which can be operated by the hip and allows rubbish to be flushed into a septic tank. Bulk waste is flushed onto a grill and placed in a bin for later collection. |

Code of Conduct |
| Use of main jetty |
- The main jetty is for loading/unloading and for provisioning of vessels.
- The red curbed face of the jetty is for refuelling and short term unloading.
- Vessels must not remain at the main jetty after loading/unloading or provisioning. All vessels should move off the wharf to their pens as soon as possible to allow others to use the facilities.
- Vessels are not to be left unattended whilst alongside unless approval has been gained from the Harbour Manager.
- All rubbish is to be removed from jetty immediately and placed in bins provided.
- Motor vehicles must not be left unattended on the concrete jetty at any time.
- Nets, produce boxes or other vessel equipment must be stored off the main jetty in a secure area.

Visiting vessels must contact the Department prior to arrival. The concrete loading jetty may be used for emergency berthage however longer term berthage must be allocated by the Department's Regional Office. |
| Waste oil and oil filter disposal |
There is a waste oil disposal facility located at the foot of the Service Jetty at Emu Point. This is operated by the City of Albany. |
