Pay online

Avoid long queues by paying your driver and vehicle licence fees online. You can pay by credit card using our online payment facility, or by BPay using your phone or Internet banking service.

Important notes:

• From 10 July 2010 Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) will no longer issue physical receipts for light vehicle licence renewal payments made by credit card on the DVS website or by BPay®. If you require a physical receipt it is recommended you print the receipt generated when paying by BPay® or online via the DVS website.
• Some customers using browsers other than Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer (versions 4 or more) have reported experiencing problems with online payments. To help us improve our systems, you can opt to use a browser other than Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you do, please contact us to report any problems you encounter.
• Our online payment service is unavailable between 8.00pm Sunday - 1.00am Monday WST due to routine maintenance.
• All information on this system is secure to prevent any other party intercepting your credit card details.
• If you are the holder of a pension concession card, please refer to your vehicle licence renewal notice to ascertain if you are required to present your card at a Driver and Vehicle Services Centre or regional agent prior to renewal.
• Have you changed your address recently? If so, you need to notify the Department within 21 days. Find out how to change your address online.
