Payments, fees and concessions

Change of address (online)

If you hold a WA driver or vehicle licence in Western Australia, you are legally required to notify Driver and Vehicle Services within 21 days of changing your address. Go to Change of address (online)

Change of gender

If you have undergone a gender reassignment, you must provide approved proof of identity documents to support the change to the Driver and Vehicle Services database. Go to Change of gender

Change of name

If you have changed your name, you will need to complete the Change of personal details (Form P64). Go to Change of name

Demerit point check (online)

The online demerit point enquiry tool allows a driver to check specific information relating to an offence and where applicable it will include demerit point expiry dates and offence details. Go to Demerit point check (online)

Firearm licence payments

Driver and Vehicle Services is authorised to collect firearm licence fees and take photographs of applicants for the issue of firearm extract of licence photograph identity cards. Go to Firearm licence payments

Hazard Perception Test simulator

Licence Alert

Proof of age card

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for a new trailer (online)
