Licensing has introduced BPAY as a new payment option from Monday 5 October 2009. This innovation brings Licensing in line with most other government organisations who offer this payment option.
- BPAY is a safe secure and convenient method of payment, with over 20 million payments being made via BPAY every month nationally.
The introduction of BPAY gives you, our customers, greater choice as BPAY is available through your phone and internet banking service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

East Perth Vehicle Examination Centre 20 Bronte Street East Perth will close permanently on Friday 4 September 2009. From Monday 7 September Licensing customers are advised to phone 1300 782 713 to make an appointment for vehicle examinations at our Kelmscott, Midland, Warwick or Osborne Park* Vehicle Examination Centres. Our Welshpool and O'Connor Vehicle Examination Centres are also available but inspections are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. *The new Osborne Park Vehicle Examination Centre is located at 34 Howe Street Osborne Park (light vehicle bookings only)
