Coastal development at Beadon Creek

The Beadon Creek maritime facility in Onslow has was originally designed for recreational, fishing and charter operations. However, extensive growth of large scale mining projects in the Pilbara region has led to increased demand for maritime support services and industries.

As a result, the Department of Transport is releasing more land at the facility for development. The land will be released in2 stages, with nearly 80,000 sq m available in Stage 1.

Original Onslow master plan: Stage 1

Since December 2011, following demand for smaller lots of land, the master plan has been amended a number of times.
