Narrator: Starting on the Transport WA homepage, click on the Login button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your DoTDirect username and password.
Your username is not the same as your email address, so if you are unsure of what your username is, you can click the Forgot Username link to recover it.
Then click the Login button.

Narrator: An SMS containing a six-digit code will be sent to the mobile phone number linked to your DoTDirect account.
Once you have received this code, type it into the field provided, then click the Verify button.
