It’s WA Bike Month – a time for all Western Australians, to dust off their helmet, pump up the tyres and give bike riding a go.
The annual month-long celebration encourages people of all ages and abilities to discover the joy and benefits that bike riding has to offer, all the while building confidence and exploring the beauty of our neighbourhoods in a more active way.
WA Bike Month is an initiative of the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI), and in partnership with RAC, has awarded more than $80,000 in grants to local governments, organisations, schools and community groups to host fun, family-friendly activities across the State.
