Follow our step-by-step instructions on how to make the switch from paper billing to eBilling through your DoTDirect account.
How to switch to eBilling
- Follow the steps to login to DoTDirect or create a DoTDirect account.
- Once you are in DoTDirect, click on Profile across the top of the screen in the blue menu. Check the email address listed in your profile is correct, as this will be used to receive your bill/s.
- If your email address is incorrect, click the Change button to edit your email.
- Click Invoices and notices delivery preference dropdown item.
- If you wish to continue receiving paper invoices, check your postal address is correct.
- Click Change delivery button.
- Select the delivery option you prefer for your bills by clicking on the circle next to Email or Paper.
- Click Save selections to save this preference.
- A confirmation alert will appear across the top of the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email that your preference has changed.
