Storage yard details
All regulated towing businesses are required to have a storage yard or yards that meet the DTMI standards set out in the Storage Yard Details form.
Applicants must ensure the Storage Yard Details form is completed accurately and in full. Incomplete information may result in delays to the authorisation assessment process.
A separate Storage Yard Details form must be used for each storage yard. Multiple forms can be uploaded during the application process.
During the assessment process, after an application has been submitted, the Towing Governance and Regulation (TG&R) team will request additional information, including supporting documents and photographic evidence relating to the storage yard. To avoid delays, applicants are strongly encouraged to prepare all required supporting evidence in advance, so it is readily available when requested.
