WA Bike Month

WA Bike Month is Western Australia’s annual celebration of bike riding.

WA Bike Month aims to promote and encourage people of all ages and abilities to ride bikes for transport, fun and for a healthier lifestyle.

As part of Bike Month in 2022, a total of $50,000 in grant funding is available to be split between local governments, workplaces, schools, bike groups and community organisations to host events.

Grant applications for 2022 closed at 5.00 pm on Monday 25 July 2022. View the list of successful grant recipients. In 2022, we invited registration of unfunded events as well as applications for Bike Month grants so we can promote a variety of events to the community.

Bike Month will be back in 2023. We encourage you to follow the WA Bike Month socials to receive updates including information on the next round of grants.
