Vehicle owners must present their vehicle for inspection. For all vehicles other than skid steer loaders and bobcats the applicant must submit a written application that includes:

Notes:
There are several condition codes available for golf buggies confining their use to within the boundaries of certain golf courses. In some cases, the condition code includes permission to cross roads only at designated points within that complex.
Road graders, bulldozers, forklifts, mobile cranes, rally, vintage or street rod vehicles, and front-end loaders with a width of less than 3.1 metres are not eligible for this concession.
How to apply for a B and C class vehicle concession
You must arrange to have your vehicle inspected at an Authorised Inspection Station with heavy vehicle capabilities or contact DoT Vehicle Operations on 1300 766 065.
Applicants must complete an application letter where applicable and submit it with associated paperwork in person at a Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) centre, DoT regional office or DVS agent or by email to concessions@transport.wa.gov.au
