DTMI approved motoring club

A list of approved car clubs and information on applying for recognition as a CEO approved car club or association can be found below. 

Clubs or association must make a written application to DoT for approval of the club/association as an approved motoring club. The application must be submitted on the organisation's letterhead with the following supporting documentation;

• either a copy of the 'Incorporated Body Certificate' from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (therefore issued an ACN), or proof that the club or association is an incorporated body i.e. a certificate of incorporation issued by the Western Australian Department of Commerce;
• a copy of your organisation's constitution; and
• the organisation's current membership list (minimum of 30 financial members).

Applications can be submitted via one of the following methods:

DoT will assess the application and the car club or association will be informed of the outcome in writing.
