How to renew your vehicle licence online

1. In the top righthand corner of the TransportWA website, click Online Services.
2. Under Manage your account in the left column, click the Pay online option. You will be redirected to the DoTDirect Payment Lookup page.
3. Enter your account number into the available field and click the Lookup Details button. 
   1. You will find your account number at the bottom of your renewal notice.
4. Confirm the vehicle details are correct by clicking the check box.
   1. If the vehicle details are incorrect, check the account number has been entered correctly or get in touch with our team.
5. Click the Continue button.
6. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, select the payment option you wish to pay. You have the option to renew the vehicle licence for 3-, 6-, or 12- months. Once you have selected the payment option, click the Proceed to payment button.
7. Enter the details of the debit or credit card then click the Process payment button.
8. If the payment is successful, you will be given a receipt number on the screen. 
   1. You have the option to email or print a copy of the receipt. Enter your email address into the fields required and click the Email receipt button or print the receipt by clicking the Print Receipt button.
