Spoilbank Marina

Visit the impressive Spoilbank Marina at Port Hedland.

The marina precinct provides a modern, state-of-the-art facilities that rate amongst the best on the WA coastline.

The marina is a new marine hub for the local community and visitors to enjoy, with 22 new cyclone-rated floating boat pens, a four-lane boat ramp, a fishing platform and cleaning facilities.

The larger boat ramp is accessible at all tides and together with the boat pens they significantly improve access and safety for the boating community.

Skippers launching at Spoilbank Marina at low tide should take extra care. Launching or retrieving at low tide can present additional challenges with grip, so we recommend launching at high tide.

Stay up to date with Port Hedland tides.

For more tips on launching, check out our Home and Ramp checks page.

Boat owners interested in becoming a penholder at the marina can apply now.
