How to reset your DoTDirect password
- In the top righthand corner of the TransportWA website, click Log In.

- Once on the DoTDirect login page, click the Forgot password link under the Password field.
- Enter your username and date of birth into the fields provided and click Reset password.
- If the information provided matches our records, you will be emailed a temporary password to the email address associated with your account.
- If you do not receive this email, please get in touch with our team.
- In the email, copy or write down the temporary password provided then click the link. This will take you back to the DoTDirect login page for you to use the temporary password.
- Enter your username and temporary password. Click the Login button.
- You will be directed to reset your password. Enter the temporary password into the Current passwordfield. Create a new password by following the password requirements.
- Your password must be 14 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase English letter (A-Z)
- Include at least one lowercase English letter (a-z)
- Include at least one numeric digit (0-9)
- You may optionally include special characters, as long as it is not / " [ ] : ; | = , + * ? < > # % &
- Click the Set password button.
- You will be required to complete the two-factor authentication process. A SMS containing a six-digit code will be sent to the mobile phone number that is linked to your DoTDirect account. Type it into the field provided.
- If you don't receive the code, click Sign in another way or get in touch for assistance.
- Click the Verify button.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the Overview page.
